Audio Toolbox ReviewNice function but clunky interface - Version: 1.8, 1/30/2007 08:07AM PST

This is what I was looking for -- a simple AF generator -- *but* has a very beta (or freeware) feel. Most of all, the lack of sliders for the frequency and oscilloscope controls is very frustrating, and unusual for a Mac. It is not an OS X-level application, and the $20 price tag is unreasonable. Documentation is poor.

They can TEST gear that can. Try thinking 3-Dimensionally. If I need to test a piece of gear that supposedly is flat up to 20kHz....what the hell am I gonna test with? The further below 20Hz and above 20Khz a device can reproduce flat responses, the flatter IN the audible range it will work. Theoretically.
But you are correct in the hearing range but it is actually more like 16kHz.

I also think BMXRACER was being a bit facetious....you don't honestly think he was serious? I thought it was funny actually cause he can't be....try on the humor hat once in a while...a whole new world opens up.

Humans can't hear above 20kHz. Most people can't even hear above 18kHz.

Is it just me, or does the 22khz frequency sound like its a bit off? I think it worked in the last version, but now at least on my G3, it is a bit off.

Monitor, 640 X 480." I have a color monitor. I have 1152 X 870. Please, code software so it works the same on something besides the computer you own. And the clicks and pops during the really bad lag don't endear me to the program either.
