Product Description:

This is a simple implementation of Speech Recognition & Speech Synthesis for REALbasic. It supports Speech Manager 1.5 or higher running on a PPC (including Mac OS X). Highlights include:

Use all the speech feedback functions to allow you to customize your speech responses.
Allows you to install speech help in the Speech Command window under Mac OS X which, up to this point, is an undocumented feature.

What's new in this version:

Added a property which returns the phoneme which is about to be spoken. This can be used to animate reading text for example.
Fixed an issue when running under REALbasic 5.5 which could lead to a crash among other oddness.
Updated sample project to incorporate phoneme support
