Product Description:

DigiTunnel is a VPN client for connecting to VPN servers such as Windows Server, NT Server 4.0, Watchguard, Nortel, TrendNet, and OS X Server, using PPTP (IPSec is not supported). On OS X 10.4, DigiTunnel is more flexible than the OS X VPN Client, with more configurable split-routing to connect directly to Internet sites while on the VPN, proxy configuration, and PPP Options settings. If you run 10.3 or 10.2, DigiTunnel also adds 10.4 VPN features without needing to upgrade your OS. DigiTunnel Setup Assistant and the system-wide control/status menu make setup and use a snap. Prompt email and phone support is available.

What's new in this version:

Bypassed packet length check causing problems for a customer.
Fixed DNS issues in split routing mode that were introduced in 1.5.
Added option not to warn about mounted servers when disconnecting.
Non-admin users can register the software.

This program works and works well. Simple setup of a VPN connection can be had with DigiTunnel. I tried others and gave up in frustration. The developer...well, how many other developers put their IM screen name up so you can reach them via chat? I gave it a try and the developer responded immediately. He actually spent over an hour online (via screen sharing!) to help me troubleshoot an issue. And no DigiTunnel turned out to not be at fault, it was simply a bad Leopard 10.5 upgrade. DigiTunnel is perfect!

Sorry but about the upgrade price, it's printed on the first Gracion web page:

"Free for purchases since the Panther Preview on June 23, 2003."

So only if is a an error ...
