I'm very happy so far...

After giving up on Now and Nighthawke, I moved from Now Contact and UpToDate to Dalite. Yes, there's a steeper learning curve (the product does a lot more in terms of functionality than what I was using). The entire network, database process and updating two machines isn't as intuitive as I'd like but works. There are some areas that need to be addressed, otherwise I'd give it five stars. But the product is very robust, and works very well with Apple Mail (which I updated from Entourage for use with Daylite). Its very fast. Tech support has been so far, superb. Documentation is so-so although the video's on the web site are helpful. I hope to see great things from this product in the future. It imported all my Now data pretty well, with minimal clean up which was great (I have data going back to about 1995). Overall, it was a good purchase and I don't miss the Now Products (or for that matter, Entourage), at all.
Database access problem solved - updated review

This is an update to my previous review, which reported database access problems with 3.7.3. Thanks to the persistence and great support of MarketCircle's tech support people, the problem was solved (by installing the 3.7.4 beta). We still have one notebook that won't run Daylite, but we suspect the problem is with Leopard, not Daylite.
This version is a great improvement over a previous version (which we gave up as "too hard" and "too much" for our needs. The learning curve still is significant, but (once we got it running) we have had no problems (other than not having learned how to do something). It is possible that, as we go through the trial period, our small business may conclude that Daylite is more than we need; but we have been pleasantly surprised by our experience so far.
We knocked our evaluation down one notch because of what we think is inadequate documentation; but tech support so far -- and we are only in a trial period, not a "real" customer yet -- has been beyond our expectations.

Market Circle:
I, a registered user, wrote about three weeks ago reporting a problem with DayLite not prioritizing Tasks properly. If I have six tasks for one day and have them prioritized using 1 for most important through 5 for least important, DayLite does not list them in order from 1 down through 5. It throws them in helter-skelter. Glancing at the list, it is not as easy to see what I have entered as the more important items for the day as when they were listed in order of importance. I have seen no way for me to fix this.
To date, I have had no response from MarketCircle.
Would you please offer some aid with this immediately?
