JView CommentaryWhy 2 versions on download page?? - Version: 2.5, 1/5/2008 12:29AM PST

Nostromo1965
Why are there 2 versions (with the same version number) on the download page? The only difference seems to be the icons......???

JView ReviewI like it - Version: 2.1.1, 10/21/2006 10:30AM PST

It is fast. Just right tool for a quick peek. Slideshow works pretty well also. It just seems that if you drop a folder, it goes to slideshow mode, and when you drop a bunch of separate images, it opens them as separate images. Well... I can live with that. Caching seems to work nicely, though with hires images there are some responsiveness issues.
I wish it would show also embedded color profile in info window.
CMYK are shown negative, but that is quite common I guess...

JView CommentaryQuite good. - Version: 2.0a, 7/14/2005 10:29AM PST

Basically I just want an image viewer to which icon I can drop images and folders. This seems to get it almost right. Why not let me move to one image to next with arrow key immediately when bunch of images / a folder is dropped to app? Also, I would like to be able to zoom in and scroll when in full screen/slideshow (and zoom setting to keep from one image to next). But this thing is fast and generally no hassle. Seems that full screen and slideshow modes are almost the same, but that is ok.
