Well, ok, yes, but, all Mandelbrot set type fractals look the same to me and boring besides. It runs fast enough, judging by the speed of other fractal screen savers and the color is nice and the options are numerous. But, again, Mandelbrot stuff is about the least attractive and most repetitive kind of fractal, imho.

Transparency won't work, when password protection is turned on. I'm sorry, this is broken since panther. In Jaguar it works fine. I'm sorry for in the inconvenience. I'll try to find a workaround as soon as possible.
D.C.: You're right :-) I thought about using altivec or fixed point integer math (I did some years ago in assember when I first coded this for my PC box). Maybe I'll try to speed it up. But it's much more likely that it speeds up by then by simply having G6 or G7....:-))

My one quibble would be that the screensaver doesn't quite immediately when you want to reactivate the desktop - it waits until it has finished painting the 'block' of pixels it is working. This is a little frustrating.
