I have OS 10.2.8 and Bluetooth 1.3.3 installed. Downloading and installing 1.3.4 does nothing, Version tracker still says I have 1.3.3 and the relevant files still show 1.3.3 in info panel.
I noticed on the 3rd install that the installer claims 0 bytes need to be installed, but still goes on acts all busy for a while.
Am I just not seeing something obvious?

Bluetooth Printing works in bluetooth 1.5, which is available for MacOSX 10.3.x. I've had no reason to try it, though.
I'm looking to download Bluetooth v1.2 (2002-07-18). I think
it is also known as Bluetooth technology preview 2.1. I have
Mac os 10.1.5 and that is the most recent version I can run.
Can anybody point to a place I can download it from? Thanks,
