Neal at Sonnet Support told me that you can get the driver directly via email (while they correct the problem with the download on their website) if you send a request.

a similar problem. I solved the problem by: 1. Removing the Trio card. 2. Restart (to verify successful startup). 3. Shutdown and reinstall card. 4. Restart. After doing this, everything seems to work fine. Darren
