If your Internet Provider or email software allows you to filter email or block Spam- that's good! However, it also makes it easy to unwittingly trash important email - that's bad! This means that if and or isn't in the list of people that are allowed to send you email, your registration code, update info, or a technical support answer will never reach you. If you haven't received your registration password or the answer to your question, that's why.

to 4 stars. Author replied promptly to email(problem was my server) and gave easy to understand solution. Export/import function is a problem with FileMaker and a solution is in the works

am using Medical Records 4.2(paid the shareware fee). It was very helpful in organizing our medical info. After downloading 5.0 I tried to use 4.2s Export function and it would not work. I have also tried to email Digital Fried Chicken and the message bounces. The program is a good idea and works pretty well. But one star off for non-functioning features and one star off for inability to email developer.
