Entouraid - how do I order? - Version: 1.0.1, 10/18/2006 06:44PM PST

I tried the trial version and it worked so now I want to order and I don't see any order button anywhere. Can someone tell me what the process is?
I had a few problems along the way, but will post here the workarounds. I started with a 99% scan, which only recovered 2694 emails, and gave an error message
Can't get text 77 thru -1 of "eturn-url=order-history-filtered&page=help%2Fya-sign-in-secure.html">Access ".
I carefully created a spreadsheet, systematically ran Entouraid 99 times and figured out exactly where it was stumbling. Saved each .mbox file with a unique name, for ex:
RecoveredEmails99.mbox
(See here for my spreadsheet:)

I only kept the yellow highlighted .mbox files.
After creating all these .mbox files, I launched Entourage from an old backup, dragged the .mbox files one at a time into the Inbox as a subfolder, and I am a happy camper. To avoid hitting the 2GB error again, I have deleted a ton of stuff, especially sent mail with large attachments. After deleting, be sure to maintain the database by holding Option when launching Entourage.
Note: since I had a (out of date from a few months ago) backup, I discovered that the low percentage numbered scans had the most recent emails. So I actually only needed RecoveredEmails8.mbox and RecoveredEmails16.mbox to restore my missing (recent) emails.
