the downloads page of the Belkin website didn't work correctly. They came in .asf format which opened the Mac Profiler which was useless. But, I could open the documentation files with Preview. Then, I followed the directions and opened up the Belkin utilities using 192.168.2.1 on my browser. If you follow the documentation directions, it will lead Mac users through downloading the firmware update holding down the control key. After that, the update ran smoothly.

got it to work, if they had decent documentation and it didn't take 4 days to get it to work I might have gone with 5 stars.... here's the deal, when you download the file, change the name to F5D5230-4-v1.20.000 2.txt and the admin update utility in the browser will recognize it and it will work. Darn, I should get a free router for this or something, what have they done for me besides give me a headache...
