Product Description:

EEAX is the best solution for archiving your email from within Microsoft Entourage.
EEAX can archive/export email to many different format and structures and archives are searchable by Spotlight
EEAX is fully Unicode compliant.
EEAX can export email to Tab-Text format to import into Filemaker Pro Database.
A FREE Filemaker Pro email Database template is included in the package.

What's new in this version:

This release is free for all the EEAX 3.x registered users.
As requested, we added the support for UTF-8 when the user chooses to export as Text and Tab-Text files.
As requested, we added the Creator type when the user chooses to export as Text and Tab-Text files.
The EEAX package contains now SpotInside, a freeware app from Oneriver Software for browsing the EEAX archives using the power of Apple Spotlight Technology: SpotInside offers a realtime preview of the results and is the perfect companion of EEAX.
Tested with the latest Microsoft Office 10.3.5 update and OS X 10.4.9
Very long paths in Archive Options area are now displayed properly.
Minor internal changes and code optimizations.

Within minutes of a request posted to Softhing I received direction to a beta version of EEAX that works with Entourage Web Services Edition. Downloaded in seconds and tried it. Works great. This is an invaluable application I highly recommend. Great service, too.

As a hotel development manager, I get thousands of emails each month that I need to archive (with their attachments) on a regular basis and retrieve, once in a while! I am using eeax since several years, but have recently discovered how easy it is to use it with FileMaker, thus making retrieving the easiest thing in the world!
It's very easy!
