Product Description:

This little utility was build with AppleScript-Studio. It works as droplet or applet - whatever you prefer. You can work on a single file or on a batch of files and folders. Nested folders get processed recursively. Your entered comment will be stored within the preferences of the program. So it is available the next time you start CommentEd.

The german version of CommentEd is available at the Developer Page.

This program may have been useful in its day, but it doesn't run at all on my PowerBook G4 with OS 10.4.9. It just quits immediately after each launch.

thanks to developer for this product; I find it very useful.

ditto on the comments in the previous review, drag & drop and multiple file selection would make this app 10 times better. Perhaps finding a way to incorporate this as a contextual menu plugin for the Finder - i.e. right click on a item, select comments in the menu, and a bubble appears over item which allows editing comments directly. (Just a suggestion)

I like this app and I hope development continues.

Works well in OS 10.3, processes a folder of 18 in about 2 seconds. Great price!

I didn't find any other SW that batch processed comment files. Nice job.

Suggest drag and drop, multiple file selection.
