Product Description:

Distributed.net KickStarter is an application to help you get started with participating in the Distributed.net challenges. It provides a graphical frontend for setting up the Distributed.net client (called dnetc) which only has a text-based interface which you have to resort to the Terminal to get at. Distributed.net KickStarter also offers an easy way to have the Distributed.net client start each time you start your computer as well as a way to start the client right away (when you have made the required settings).

What's new in this version:

Simplified user interface
It is now possible to stop the client as well as removing the scripts for automatic startup
The Distributed.net client (dnetc) does not have to be in the same folder as Distributed.net KickStarter
Added possibility to select which projects to participate in
Added settings for participating in the OGR projects
More teams to choose from

Just be sure that you install it where you want the program to reside on your hard drive. I wasn't able to move the program and get it to run again without moving it back to the original installation spot. It could also use a function to manually upload you finished work at the time you choose.
