Product Description:

OS X has maintenance scripts that are supposed to be run daily, weekly, and monthly. Once you install it, it makes sure the scripts get run. No more user action needed, as it should be.

Excellent script, why hasn't Apple just done something like this already? --- Polymathic - that's a good idea, I'll edit my CronAid entry as well. An hour is MORE than enough..

simple a perfect app for what it does. Beats the other ones in how discreet it is. I used Cronnix to change the cron setting for Cronaid to once an hour. Seems to me the default setting--a CPU cycle every ten minutes--was too often and unnecessary (unless someone uses their mac only ten minutes at a time, I guess).
