Product Description:

EquinoX is an easy to use shareware astronomy program for OS X. This program has features for both the beginner and advanced amateur astronomer. It will teach you about astronomy, show you the night sky from anywhere on earth, run your astro-imaging webcam and it will even control your telescope with voice commands.

What's new in this version:

  • Native OS X code, packaging and name change.
  • LX200 store, baud rate, date/time, location and sync commands.
  • LX200 two object switch command.
  • LX200 GPS temperature graph.
  • Webcam image processing (stack, sum, B&W, etc.).
  • Support for modified webcams.
  • Serial port exposure control (for modified webcams).
  • Herschel II list for deep sky objects.
  • Galactic center identified.
  • Daylight and twilight can be turned off.
  • Scope View close box keeps window closed.
  • LX200 command voice scripts.
