should consider actually switching over to the accepted method of creating "Docklings" instead of trying to work around the warning messages OS X gives. I'd hate to see you SOL if they got rid of the API altogether (as they've been threatening to do for some time now...) Just FYI it does give a warning in DP's of 10.2.2
