It seems that at least as of CS2, this plug-in is obsolete. Adobe's built-in PNG format plug-in saves files smaller than SuperPNG, and it seems to include the metadata that earlier versions stripped out. It was a good run while it lasted. :)

to work fine with Photoshop Elements 2.0. Haven't done too many comparisions, but it's nice to have finer control over PNG settings. I can't find fault with this plugin, but my PShop experience is admittedly limited. Fnord!

only complaint is that everytime you save a change to a PNG file in Photoshop it acts like a "Save As". Dealing with the dialog boxes can get tedious.
