They can preview it at PDF format or download it to make new proposal or presentation. There is an admin mode to edit/add databases.

All of Web iprojects functionality is handled via a web browser, so there is no client software to configure or install.
Unlimited users support
iprojects can be powered by FileMaker Pro Unlimited version able to support thousand users.
