I've never tried this before, so I downloaded and installed it into PS CS and when I went to try it out, it said the demo had 0 days left! Oh well, guess I won't be buying this one if I can't even try it out.

Auto FX Photo/Graphic Edges ReviewPGE 6 - Version: 6.0, 1/21/2004 08:52AM PST

One of the better photo-edge applications available, and it appears to run quite smooth on Panther. (Extensis' PhotoFrames is equally useful, but with a different focus.) Although much thought has gone into PGE 6's sleek interface, visually it does not seem pro oriented. Still, once one accustoms themselves to Auto FX's use of icons and panels, then all becomes well. As with their other products, slowness becomes a deteriorating factor. Nevertheless, none of this detours my strong rating, since I know of no other edging application close to PGE 6 creative potential. Be warned, though, that one must be knowledgeable about art and composition to make good use of PGE 6, otherwise an outstanding image can become ugly. Look carefully at what you are creating ... more and gaudy are poor synonyms to art!
