e-mail me one of those 48 bit RGB tiff files? (mike@sugarcubeosftware.com) The issue here is that the method of reading images that apple provides developers with gets confused on these files, and tells the developer that there is a 100% transparent image. So, the OS tells Pic2Icon that it's a 100% transparent picture, so it makes a transparent icon. Hopefully I can work around this until Apple fixes the problem. :-)

Excellent little app. Not its "fault" and doubt problem can be fixed. Wll be most often encountered with old OS9 files which didn't have extension appended to file name.

doesn't stick across runs of the app. I click the check box, run it once, and quit. Next time, I want to run the app by dragging the files to its icon when it's not open, but the pref is unchecked again. Can you fix?
