Product Description:

I got impatient waiting for Roland to release drivers for my UM-1 MIDI interface, so I wrote my own. This driver currently supports the following MIDI interfaces:
  • Roland S-MPU64
  • Roland PC-300
  • Roland UM-1
  • Roland UM-2
I'd like to add support for more interfaces, so if you have another Roland interface and would like to help out, send me e-mail at pete@yandell.com. This driver is in no way supported by Roland Corporation.

What's new in this version:

The driver now also supports the Roland UM-2.

This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:

  • Mac OS X 10.1

lost my PC300 manual months ago, when I gave up on OS9 and OMS (can you say extension conflict :-) This was so easy. If like me you install new software warily don't fret. It may be shareware, it may be less than version 1. But it works so beautifully. Serirously drag, drop open, play. Thanks Pete. I was gonna do this myself before too long. that's one project off the list. Stonking. Angie
