Install Parallels and Windows XP, download Adobe Reader for XP and MAUSB_1_WinXP. Follow the instructions in Pdf from MAUSB-1 and don't forget to connect the USB and Parallels ( Lower right USB button of the Parallels window). Activate Shared Folders and put /( Your Mac HD) as a shared folder. You can then copy the pictures from your XP Pictures Folder on the OS X Desktop.

XapplimaticIf you have a Microtech USB Cameramate card reader, you will find that the Zio! Drivers work fine with Tiger.. Delete out all old related drivers, then install these:
Zio USB Smartmedia/Compact Flash media reader driver v1.04*
* This driver is generic and tends to work with MANY different brands, including the Microtech reader/writers

So much for using this on OSX 10.3 and beyond. I found an obvious solution though-\
just restart your computer from classic. The older camediua will load and you can copy the pictures over to your desktop. Then all you need to do is restart your computer
from the OS 10.3 : Start-up.
