This is much more limited than Trilithon's "Rulers" at the same cost, and "Free Ruler" doesn't float is.

or FreeRuler' are equal, if not better than this utility. - But for the 'rushed or money burning a hole in your pocket types user' the whole package that this shareware fee includes could solve a problem or two - but there are freeware versions of all these tools - And this app has no die for features.

this shareware when available here at VT OSX is Free Ruler, the original screen ruler and even has what CONTROLCARD posted. Just do a search for Free Ruler as the name leads on it's free.
