Gotta respect the ogg pluggin, but if you are using 10.3 or earlier you have to install this one manually with a little hacking. Follow JMAX's instructions in this thread. They work.

Hi,
I thought I'd put it in here for everyone to see:
I copied the new component to /Library/QuickTime/, and at first iTunes still crashed. Then I looked and found that the installer of the old Ogg component had _also_ copied it to ~/Library/QuickTime/ (the Library/QuickTime in your home directory).
Remove _both_, install the new one, and it works flawlessly.

If you have the OggVorbis.component in your /Library/QuickTime folder it should be removed before installing the xiphqt component (which will be named OggImport.component
