Product Description:

MacSignify generates random signatures for email and other communications applications. It independently randomizes a URL and a signature, with various user definable options to control how your signature looks. Includes quite a few example signature files and documentation to help you make your own. It works with any application which can attach a signature from an external plain text file. (Eudora is just one example.)

What's new in this version:

Version 3.0 adds many new options, including finer control over the display of the "now playing" info, and a new timer feature to generate a new signature automatically at user-defined intervals.

Interestingly, click on his name here on VersionTracker and up comes his web site. Apparently his 'help' file needs updating. Sorry for the confusion. However, the program still needs a bit of 'tweaking' <grin>.

I've used this for a long time; for the most part I'm quite happy with it. Since upgrading to OSX 10.3.9, it seems to be having troubles. I have written to the author but not received any reply. Today I clicked on his help screen to take me to his web site and it doesn't seem to be there any more. Does anyone have a clue as to what happened to it? I really want to keep using it but.....
P.S. Yes, I have paid the shareware fee...long ago.

as I know mail.app can't draw signatures from an external .txt file. If anybody knows of a way it can be done, please let me know. I'd love to make it work, myself.
