Product Description:

starQuiz is an easy to use software package that makes computerized testing a snap! You can create quizzes with multiple choice, multiple select, true or false, short answer, fill in the blank, matching, numeric, and essay questions. Quizzes can include pictures, movies, web links, time limits, and more. Students can take the quiz in a computer lab using starQuiz NetClient, then see their results as soon as they finish the quiz. Or, upload the quiz to the free quiz.cosmicsoft.net hosting service, where students can take it from any internet-connected computer. If you'd rather give the quiz in your classroom, print it out on paper.

What's new in this version:

It is now impossible to get a score less than 0 points on a multiple select question. If a student answers more incorrect choices than correct choices, they simply receive a score of 0 for that question, instead of a negative score.
Fixes bugs that caused quizzes or results files to fail to save correctly, especially related to computer lab quizzes.
Computerized quiz interface for multiple choice and multiple select questions now improved to show incorrect and correct answers more accurately.
starQuiz NetClient no longer freezes in certain circumstances.
starQuiz no longer always asks to save changes on Windows.
Movie support improved on Windows.
International numerical input (with a comma separator instead of a decimal) now supported for the Change Score window.

I'm a teacher and i was looking for this kind of software for a long time ago. It's easy to use, there are many kinds of exercises, you can publish your quizzes to the web in one easy step. Your students have their grades instantly...
Support (by email) is very good.
The price is not excessive.

Sorry, CosmicSoft, but your history with this has been one bug after another. I finally gave up on your product.

I suggest that folks use ExamView. It's more expensive, but it's also more reliable.
