mac_specialistProblem recovery support has been prompt and helpful - this is usually where products / companies fail to deliver but I'm thrilled to recommend the Captain FTP team to friends and colleagues alike.
Upgrading couldn't be simpler. All your prior information is preserved - just drag and drop the new application into the Mac OS X Applications folder and the address book and preferences remain in-tact.
I look forward to future releases of this software!

i am using captain FTP also with crowznest as FTP forward to send multiple pictures to several media clients when out of office (and meanwhile also when i am in office!)
i just have to upload my pictures over mobile connection once, then put them in some hot folder - and the files run over broadband simultaneous to all defined client FTP servers.
(email is no alternative because not running directly into archive)
and if problems occur - i really get feedback and solutions back! so i can just recommend their software.
also use isoftphone from xdsnet for VOIP
