Product Description:

Convenient access to Classic control from the Dock or the Menubar. Now provides much more control. Besides the standard Startup / Shutdown / Restart we've added Force Quit to the launching functions. Classic can now be suppressed to keep it from launching when you really didn't want it to. Classic environment now starts up windowless with the startup progress directly shown on the dock icon or menubar. Rebuild Classic Desktop files. Memory and CPU stats right in the menu where you can actually see them.

Changes in the initialization code structure. All users should upedate especially those with the problem of "Classic?" not activating at login.

What's new in this version:

No longer needed in 10.3 (Panther) Apple has added a menu control for Classic. May still be used with older versions of Mac OS X. Due to the addition of this tool by Apple the product is no longer in development.

Oh well - I should hvae listened to my own advice and waited for an official statement of support or release of new version. I installed v2.1 under OS 10.3 and all I got was a continually respawning Dock and Menu bar, had to use fast user switching to log onto another user name to restart the system in order to clear it. - only rating this post as not recommend for 10.3 - I used it for a long time under 10.2.x without problem.
