I use Spam Vaccine in three web sites, and for me it's well worth its $19 price. Pasting encoded email addresses one by one would have been quite tedious, and using GIFs would have rendered one-click emailing inoperative.

I just tried the demo and it works like a charm, does exactly what it says it does. This one is better than free alternatives because the ones I have tried require you to paste e-mail address, generate script, paste back on the file which can be time consuming if you have a plethora of e-mail addresses on a site. Furthermore, the e-mail icon that is (optionally) included suits well IMHO.
Now, to all WANKERS that believe this softare is for free, please shut up. NO ONE is forcing you to pay or use this software. All I know is that the developer had to spend many hours working in this and he has the right to expect something back for his time. I recommend that instead of complaining, you take a programming couse and develop a software similar to this and give it away for free since all of you are so "moral". Now how does that sound?
