CopyPaste Pro ReviewCopy Paste Pro (Remains) Great; A Must-Have for Me - Version: 2.1.2, 9/20/2009 09:07AM PST

Working great for me. (I'm now running Snow Leopard, v10.6.1, but my opinion has been the same under previous Operating Systems.) One of my few "must-have" utilities as having a very-large number of clipboards (the "history") along with selected clips just being a keystroke combination away (43 per "archive") provides an enormous enhancement to my Mac. I readily recognize just how much worse off I'd be without this utility.

As for the complaints posted regarding the User Interface (UI), I--for one--find it works well and appreciate that the developers have listened to feedback regarding the alternative presentations of the saved information and given users the flexibility in the Preferences to choose which they want shown and which means (e.g., menu bar, Dock, palettes) to get to it.

Yes, I second the opinion that CP Pro really really really sucks, Bad UI, very bad UI, I keep clicking around just to get my archives list to select the one I need.

I got the standard CopyPaste working. I just unchecked the box to "check for updates on startup"

As for CopyPaste Pro, it suck BAD. I can't add a "C/P" or "P" in the sets or palettes . I'm sure you have that hiding somewhere, can you clue us in where the freak that is.

I guess that you forgot you were working on CopyPaste Pro, and thought you were making a game, bad drugs and lack of sex will do that to you.

I found the flaw, you have the save clips unchecked by default, FIX IT.

Now there is a new problem, and this comment is for the standard CopyPaste, because I have have no idea how to use the pro version. You guys went off into space somewhere on that and the UI is not friendly at all, it's like trying to learn a new complicated application. What were you bored? Go hit a bar and get laid.

With the new Apple Java update, CopyPaste will open, but will not respond for 5 to 10 minutes.
This happens every time you open it.

iMac 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 GB SDRAM, OS 10.5.7, everything up to date and well maintained, no hacks.

CopyPaste Pro ReviewFirst stop if you need multiple clip boards - Version: 2.0.8, 5/30/2009 07:52AM PST

CopyPaste can be called the father of all Mac clip boards, since it has been around almost since the early ages of MacOS. CopyPaste Pro has come a long way, presenting itself in a new interface.

In opposite to it's competitors, CopyPaste offers many different convenient ways to access the stored clip boards, so you can chose which one is best for you.

For me every method seems to make sense in a certain setting. My favourite is the double V feature. So when you don't want to paste the latest clipboard all you have to do is press the V a second time and you have access to all Clipboard...

The whole storage of clipboards is actually very cool especially since it allows you to edit them, why don't others not support this feature?

And there are many more features you will discover for you, that will make your life easier, since copy paste even supports things like extracting eMail addresses from an eMail and sort the alphabetically. Cool huh?

Give Copy Paste a try, after all: All others are just clones of CopyPaste.

CopyPaste Pro ReviewHave had it forever, and it's still improving - Version: 2.0.8, 5/26/2009 03:59AM PST

CopyPaste has been around for what seems forever, and I have had it for that long at least, and wouldn’t be without it. The new interface, e.g., having a standard menu interface, makes it even easier to use, though the number of features is beyond impressive.
