Product Description:

This driver version supports and contains current firmware for QLogic ISP 21xx, 22xx and 23xx based fibre channel adapters. It supports both switch and loop configurations as well as dynamic topology changes of both storage devices and adapters.
WARNING: This is a development version (pre-release software) and not yet fully tested. Do not use it on production or critical systems.

currently doesn't force a reboot. You will need to reboot to get the driver to load. I am working on a tool that will start the driver without the need of a reboot. Sorry for any confusion.
