Product Description:

MacSFTP is a Macintosh application used to transfer files over TCP/IP using the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) subset of the Secure Shell Protocols (SSH). SFTP is the replacement for the old and insecure File Transfer Protocol (FTP), with the addition of strong Encryption/Authentication.

What's new in this version:

updated with OpenSSH 3.4p1, OpenSSL 0.9.6e and GUSI 2.2.2
added support for MacOSX long filenames
added an option to preserve MacOSX symbolic links
added per-bookmark session settings
added a 'back' button
added an option to change the sftp block size and window size
added a simple new server's keys management dialog
added overall progress bar for directory and multiple transfers
report network disconnections when idle
Increased the maximum number of sessions to about 100
Increased the file's extensions mappings to 8 characters
use merzwaren's external editor protocol, tested with Alpha and Style
MacBinary file detection is now more restrictive on download
fixed random read errors and randomly stalled transfers
fixed transfer stopped when uploading several directories at once
fixed originals deleted instead of aliases in directories
fixed registration code asked for registered older versions
fixed registration problems with NewerTech PCI G4/450 Processor upgrade
fixed wrong reported pathname when uploading inside a folder's icon
fixed ingored sound to play at the end of transfers
fixed transfer window blocked at the end of a directory transfer when its last item was a directory
fixed deadlocks under low memory situation.
