Product Description:

SparkME is a core version of SPARK, TC WORKSâ?? highly acclaimed realtime audio editing and processing application. SparkME goes beyond many common audio editors with its innovative user interface concept, featuring an integrated data base, play list and a lot of processing features.

SparkME includes a lot of pro-features, such as lightning fast editing with unlimited undo and sample-accurate waveform display and even VST Plug-In support.

The Play List section allows preparing projects for CD and includes realtime crossfades and export of play lists in Roxio Toast format. The QuickTime movie feature enables digital media production with frame accurate and stutter-free movie playback, including different sizes for the movie window.

All major audio file formats are supported â?? from AIFF to WAV and SDII and all file formats imported thru QuickTime. Sample rates of up to 192 kHz and bit depths up to 32bit ensure not only full compatibility with DVD specs â?? but actually go beyond! The realtime sample rate conversion even enables monitoring playback and editing of such high resolution files without requiring optional professional audio hardware.

SparkME is MacOS X â??nativeâ?? and has been written to take advantage of a lot of the new technologies introduced with the operating system, like Appleâ??s CoreAudio â?? the new audio system promising to deliver ultra-low latencies!

of issues solved. This app Beats a lot of (if not all, but it's hard to compare since they are all focussed on different parts in the audio editing-chain) other Audio-editors for Mac.

ill trooper
to get v 2.7, and looking through the Read Me in the install (strange location, maybe that's the new OSX standard?), I noticed the Cmnd- '+' and '-' keys that are referred to are the NUMERIC KEYPAD + and - keys... So unlike what I complained about in my previous post, thankfully I CAN zoom in and out via key commands... I thought maybe it was my machine... Am I also overlooking the keyboard command to take you to the front or back of your SELECTION? Any thoughts? I'll just mention that in the old days, in Sound Designer II, you could use the arrow keys for this... then I'll stop, because 'back in the old days' modems were 28.8k dial-up, and Bush was president... Wait a minute...

Works support. Their non-answer for my problem was I should try the commercial version! (I am not making this up.) Gee, I thought the point of a freeware or demo version of a commercial product was so you could see if it worked for you, BEFORE you sent any money.
