Scan frame: Look of scan frame changed. Instead of cross-hairs for rotating half-arcs can be used now. Also active frame is blinking in order to be noticed easier.

for the Microtek ScanMaker 5700 is available for online ordering and it is OS-X compliant.

intersting. I recently wrote to LaserSoft, makers of SilverFast asking them if and when a version of their software would be available for the Microtek ScanMaker 5700. I was told that they had no intentions of supporting it by their tech support lackeys. Shortly thereafter, I found a Microtek advertisement from England proudly proclaiming that SilverFast was being bundled with this very same scanner in Europe. I asked them how it was possible for them to simultaneously support and not support this scanner, and got no response. Now I see this demo posted here, with no way to order a final product available on LaserSoft's web page. Anybody have any clue what's going on?
