I attempted to set up this product for my assistant. It was nothing short of a disaster. The installation process was overly complicated and when I attempted to receive assistance, I had to PAY to call tech support. The product still didn't work and it repeatedly stalled my assistant's computer. After uninstalling the program it ran perfectly. I attempted to receive a refund and was rudely refused. Don't by from Chronos; it's a waste of time and money.

a disorganized and outdated interface. Support was both available and responsive, but ineffective.
