What's new in this version:

HipFlics users now have the ability to author ISO compliant MPEG-4 video and AAC audio files. The MPEG-4 encoding capability is in addition to all the other great codecs already available in HipFlics.

For some reason, the HipFlics demo includes an outdated version of the On2 VP3 component for QuickTime ( VP3QTOSX-10182001.sit ) Which is version 3.2.1.3. The current version is 3.2.2.0 and it is available, free, here:
