Epson Stylus Color 980/980N Troubleshooting ReportEpson 980 won't work in Panther 10.3.7 - Version: 1.3aD, 12/29/2004 07:00PM PST

Has anyone been able to get a 900 or 980 to work in 10.3?. I just installed Panther and I can't get the printer to work.

It starts processing, and then "stops jobs"

Epson Stylus Color 980/980N Usage Tipuse the jaguar drivers for 980n - Version: 1.3aD, 7/31/2003 11:11AM PST

To get your networked applshare epson printer to show up as "Epson Appletalk" in the Print Center use the driver provided in the Jaguar installer...

Never got the installer from Epson to work with our 980n printers.

Oh, and try to run a genuine Epson cartridge every other 2 or three generic to clean and condition the heads.

Epson Stylus Color 980/980N CommentaryI'd love to… - Version: 1.3aD, 1/4/2003 01:02PM PST

know what this is supposed to do... I've Installed it on my DV iMac, and left my iBook with the old driver - both 10.1.5./ Maybe some day I'll discover the difference between them. It would be nice if versiontracker would require manufacturers to state to upgrade features before posting.
