The original installer s fir PS6. For PS7/CS, you need to download the following .sit file and follow the instructions:

ftp://ftp.procreate.com/pub/KPT/effects/mac/en

I was not able to directly navigate there with a browser. I was able to with an FTP client, though. Login: user, Pass: password.

So far 1.0 works in PS CS and G5/10.3.3...

But I couldnt get the newer (4/18/2002) update from Corel to work:
