Sorry, this is correct updater. Originally when I did mouseover, it said 6.0.3. They must have changed it. Not posted on Adobe's site. Sorry for the misinformation...

This updater is for 6.0.3. There isn't a 6.0.4 InDesign update.

Adobe InDesign CS4 CommentaryI hope I'm reading this wrong.... - Version: 5.0.4, 10/25/2008 03:23AM PST

Shouldn't Adobe issue a patch for Indesign CS4 so it properly exports INX workflows to be compatible with CS3? Now I'm going to have to tell everyone who has Indesign CS3 that they are going to have to get this 5.0.4 update in order to use my exported CS4 INX workflows? Or, I'll need to keep a copy of Indesign CS3 on my machine wasting space just so I can apply this update to it and open my exported CS4 files and then resave for udders? You have got to be kidding me, Adobe? Watch out Adobe, Quark is still out there... don't make us switch back to it... There was also an issue with INX workflows between CS2 & CS3 .. guess they didn't learn from that experience....

Adobe InDesign CS4 Review5.04 Updater Freezes in Leopard, Corrupts InDesign - Version: 5.0.4, 10/18/2008 08:55PM PST

I have not had success with this update from 5.03. Fresh boot, close all apps, and 5.04 updater hangs and I need to hard boot my system.

Upon reboot, InDesign won't open, and I have to replace the app folder from my Time Machine.

I haven't even been able to try the new features of this update because the updater can't find InDesign 5.0.2! Real impressive, Adobe!

Have you checked InDesign docs are not opening in another space under Leopard?

Enable Spaces in System prefs and try hitting F8, you might find they are all there.

Adobe InDesign CS4 CommentaryInDesign's Disappearing Act - Version: 5.0.2, 5/1/2008 05:07PM PST

I'm surprised that Leopard users of InDesign CS3 aren't up in arms about its disappearing act. This seems to have nothing to do with Spaces, which I have turned off. Specifically, InDesign documents disappear when opening them and one must force quit InDesign and restart the program to see them. When this happens, InDesign still appears in the dock, but clicking on it does nothing. This behavior doesn't happen right away; usually it happens on the third or forth doc opening. Using the Open dialog box instead of double-clicking the file helps, but doesn't eliminate the problem. I have experienced this problem with InDesign CS3 on every Leopard Mac I have used, Intel or G5, even on a new user with no cache or extensions.

But wait, there's more! When you have a document open, it is impossible to hide it when you're in other programs or the Finder. "Hide Others" doesn't work with InDesign CS3 in Leopard. The only solution is to minimize your InDesign docs into the dock.

The Updater only works if you are logged in as admin. A standard user just gets the message "succsessfully patched" but it isn't.

When tool pallets are set to auto collapse, Selecting a page to delete, deletes wrong pages and wrong number of pages. Under "Layout>Pages" everything is grayed out except add pages In PDF export, some pages don't allow text select in Acrobat 7
