Product Description:

5{stall the newest version to PCGen, version 2.4.4. PCGen is a java character generator and maintenance program aimed at supporting all d20 games such as D&D Third Edition, Star Wars, and others. All datafiles are ASCII so they can be modified by users. New releases are scheduled for each Thursday morning. This versaion again includes a minimal install that includes PDF and printing support, but not skinning support. This minimal install can be downloaded using the alternate download link above.

As of this update 5.11.13, I cannot download the application. The links all point to a gpg signature. A .asc file which contains the pgp signature file. I can't seem to find the actual download anywhere.

PCGen fully supprts the RSRD (3.5), and even the mSRD (modern). Under the Settings menu across the top of the screen, there is a Game Mode/Campaign entry that allows you to change between these different settings.

From what I can tell this program only supports 3e. It only lists the 3.0 SRD. Am I missing something, or is 3.5e support missing?
