I liked the old icon better!

It definitely needed to be updated to 512px but the old icon was so much sharper and clearer and more serious. Actually I'd go so far as to say it was the best icon ever for any app and now it's gone all slick and glossy. It's like the new StarTrek is to TOS. Time for a reboot. Hopefully the app is as great as it always was!!!

I've been dealing with the hard core stuff about permissions in Mac OS X, including the ACL stuff. I keep coming back to BatChmod for the sake of simplicity and sanity. There are other such utilities out there and I've tried them all. This is the one I keep using. And it's still FREE!
It's also my main stuck-in-the-trash emptying app. I don't even bother checking whether it actually emptied the Trash. It just works.

I've mentioned this to VersionTracker numerous times. But, those missives seem to fall into a black hole. Is anyone there?
I haven't had to use BatchMod in several years, since the early days of OS X. But, it is nice to have around.
