maybe slightly offtopic, but I want a little app that just displays power point slideshows. nothing fancy, just a player.

tested it yet, but there is another thing like this one from SUN: SVG Slides. It lets you convert the XML-File of your presentation to PDF and SVG. So you just need a browser or Acrobat Reader to present your slides. But: I really like GUIs, Drag&Drop, etc. That's why I am a Mac-User!!!

it is supposed to play PowerPoint files... It will show XML-based slideshows LIKE PowerPoint, i.e. in a PowerPoint way... This has a great potential for people who know how to use XML.
