Why put up a demo that crashes? - Version: 1.1, 6/5/2008 02:27AM PST

Frustrating - wanted to experience the nostalgia, but even the demo won't work. It seems that it cannot even create or read its own levels file, and refuses to open. I've not seen this complete lack of QA on a demo before - not a good sign for sales...

Sadly nostalgia got the better of me and I paid for the full version before trying the demo.
I get the following CoreServicesUIAgent crash every time I try to run Dark Castle 3 and afterwards DC3 just bounces endlessly and never finishes opening:

I then tried to run the demo which ran ok the first time. But the second time it gave the following error: "Unable to create a new "DC3 Prefs" file" and quit on me :-(
There is something very wrong with DC. I suggest people avoid it for now unless I can be assured I'm in the minority here.

Crashed my Mac, requiring a reboot, twice. Will not be trying it a third time.
