Fully Automatic IT8-Calibration

IMPROVEMENT: iSRD: iSRD now corrects even more image defects.
BUGFIX: IT8 calibration: Corrected routines in IT8 calibration which formerly lead to trouble if the target had been placed mirrored on or into the scanner. iSRD: Improved prevention of possible artifacts occuring with use of iSRD with too high setting values.

General: the IT8 calibration now requires a result deltaE value of less than 6.0 to be taken successful.

Firewire troubles on my system vanished after i narrowed them down to a flaky Firewire hub & trashed it. Immediately, SilverFast worked perfectly. My apologies to LaserSoft for the one star rating. This is a great scanner driver.
