Ambrosia Pillars of Garendall ReviewCan't Save in Demo - Version: 1.0.2, 10/26/2003 07:04AM PST

fuy
Demo 1.0.2 on OS X 10.2.8, save game files are never written to disk. Is this intentional? If so it should be in the read me file.
Also, the map function is tedious to use. Much better to have a tiny overview map in the corner of the main screen.

play, though I wish Ambrosia/Beenox had taken the time to fix the many typos in the game.

Ambrosia Pillars of Garendall ReviewAmbrosia 0wns! PoG,… - Version: 1.0.1, 12/25/2001 03:02PM PST

like all the other adventure games from Ambrosia, has the story which you no longer find in a lot of the games made today. you can not simply walk-forward-kill-walk-foward-kill, you have to explore the game. You have to uncover plots and schemes, rediscover forgotten mysteries and unearthen dark secrets. Just the kinds of things adventurers like to do in their spare time ;-) Also, the graphics are nice, and the interface very easy to use. And the game is VERY charming! no doubt about this game recieving a 5-star rating! P.S. Ambrosia, w3 lub j00 (and are REALLY looking forward to EV Nova) :-D
