Product Description:
Overview
- Net Monitor graphs a histogram of network activity of local and remote computers in a floating window, the Dock, the Menu Bar or in a regular window.
- Net Monitor is highly customizable.
- Traffic log, including html reports.

- Net Monitor includes special features for PPP interfaces, like connect/disconnect & auto reconnect. Features

- Textual display of throughput, interval data through & total data through.
- Updates dynamically in sync with network configuration & Location.
- Automatically monitors primary network.
- Connection window for the control & display of connection status.
- Connection window display includes ip (local & remote), speed of connection & time connected.
- Connect/Disconnect from the Dock, the Menu Bar or the floating window.
- Display status of connection in the Dock & Menu Bar (including connection details via Tool tip).
- Display of time connected in the Menu Bar.
- Auto connect on startup.
- Auto disconnect on quit.
- Auto reconnect after sleep. Auto reconnect on disconnect by remote peer.
- Connect at a minimum speed. Configurable audio feedback for PPP events.

What's new in this version:
- Stats cumulative data does not rollover for > 4GB, even if the program is not run constantly from startup (up-to 2^64, i.e. 16 exabyte).
- Ability to add a status bar item to the right side of the menu-bar in any graph viewing mode.
- Ability to select graph type from the status bar menu, even when the program operates without a dock icon (faceless mode).
- Ability to disable the graph display (useful for users who are just interested in traffic log).
- Ability to disable client functionality altogether reducing the program cpu usage significantly (useful for program who are just acting as servers).
- View menu had been renamed to Graph menu.
- Some rearrangement of display preference pane.
- Traffic log interface name includes name of remote computer.
- Friendlier errors in share server preference pane.
- Enhanced registration panel, including lost license key link.

This is a great application.... highly recommend for the price. After I installed Leopard I couldn't get it to launch at login..... emailed support and heard back in minutes and quickly got the problem solved ( i had to update to newest realease ). All others I tried can't do what this one does.
