this crap. And if you have already installed this version, remove it by booting up in OS 9 (or logging in as root, or whatever) and removing everything starting with Adaptec from /System/Library/Extensions. (Do not remove just one, as that can cause a freeze during startup). After removing the bad drivers, your card will work (MacOS X 10.1.2 contains drivers that actually work), and so will deep sleep!

these with MacOSX 10.1.2. MacOSX comes with perfectly working Adaptec drivers which get overwritten with these older, buggy drivers.
