Could not get 3.1.1 to run on an Intel Mac. Could not get a response from BMS. Why am I not surprised that this does not work either?

I tried the patcher on a newly installed version from my CD and it still refused to upgrade it!!!!

This patch is for Retail Burning Monkey Solitaire 2005. The Retail version is only available on a CD. If you just unlocked the demo version this patch will not work. You should install from CD (there are more features on the CD vs the download).
