Product Description:

TDF Czar is designed to work with tab-delimited text files. With it, you can open, view, sort, select and output such files, including the ability to populate a template from tab-delimited data. This last function can be used to build and periodically re-generate Web pages, for example, from tab-delimited data. All of these program functions can be scripted for easy replay.

What's new in this version:

Added additional logging to show results of commands.
Provided example in user guide of using meta-templates to generate templates from a data dictionary.
Corrected bug that prevented Set command from working.
Corrected bug in checking for equality between two variables.
Modified to start with empty data dictionary every time a new input data source is opened, unless a merge has been requested.

comment above applies to an earlier version of the software, and likely applies to the software running under Mac OS 9, which does not provide very good Java support (unlike OS X, which provides excellent Java support).
